What happened inside the European Parliament during this international summit was not routine politics.

And it was certainly not business as usual.
What you are about to watch — and what this post introduces — is a raw, uncompromising denunciation of how the COVID era was handled, framed not as a public health response, but as a global experiment in control, compliance, and psychological warfare.
A Historic Summit — And a Breaking Point
Held inside one of the most important institutional venues in Europe, this conference brought together members of the global scientific, medical, and legal community.
From the outset, it was described as unique and historic — not only for the quality of its speakers, but for the gravity of the issues addressed.
Very quickly, however, the tone shifted from formal acknowledgment to open confrontation.
What emerged was a clear accusation:
the mismanagement of the COVID pandemic was not accidental, and its consequences are far from over.
Vaccine Liability, Adverse Effects, and a Wall of Silence
One of the central points raised is rarely discussed in mainstream media:
Pharmaceutical companies were shielded from liability, even after emergency-use conditions expired, while earning hundreds of billions of euros — much of it supported by public funding.
At the same time, adverse effects linked to COVID vaccines were:

Thank you again for being here and for following us. I also thank all the people who are connected via online streaming.
I apologize for the slight issues we had at the very beginning of the event, but believe me, it was not easy, given the short time we had and the many difficulties we faced in organizing this conference. However, we succeeded, and for that I would like first to thank all the members of my staff, the staffs of my colleagues, and my colleagues themselves who are here today.
All of them worked tirelessly to solve every problem and arrange everything necessary. I am truly proud to be part of this wonderful team and to be able to host so many members of the global scientific community here in Parliament, at a conference that I do not think it is exaggerated to call unique and historic—both in terms of the topics covered and the volume and quality of the presentations.
The institutional venue in which this event is being held, as well as the cross-section of political groups that worked together to host it, are further elements that allow us to define the International COVID Summit 3 as an outstanding global event.
As a Member of the European Parliament, I want to immediately focus on a political point that is of interest to European institutions. The European Court of Auditors, in its audit of the management of joint purchases of the so-called COVID vaccines, expressly recommended that the Commission review the contractual clauses that shield multinational manufacturers from any liability for damages due to adverse effects suffered by inoculated people.
Once final marketing approval is released, and the period of conditional approval for emergency use has ended, any justification for relieving pharmaceutical companies of responsibility lapses—especially after they have profited hundreds of billions of euros from the sale of these drugs, thanks in part to millions of euros received in public funding for their research and development.
The European Commission must take action on this point, and it must do so now, without further delay. Believe me, we will jointly demand this within our institutional powers.
Adverse effects related to COVID vaccines have been reported and recorded worldwide at levels far greater than ever expected, despite the fact that only passive surveillance systems have been implemented. This strongly suggests that the real number of adverse effects is much higher than official data indicate, with rates of serious harm and death never previously recorded for any vaccine.
People who have suffered serious damage have been demanding justice for two years now. We believe they deserve it, and we are working to ensure that they receive it. However, the financial burden of compensating their suffering cannot be placed on states and, therefore, on taxpayers.
We are just as determined to fight for compensation for injured vaccinated individuals as we are to expose discrimination against the unvaccinated and to seek and tell the truth about the mismanagement of the COVID pandemic and the safety and efficacy of the so-called vaccines.
This conference will provide the public with extremely important information on these issues. It will also allow scientists and physicians gathered here to get to know each other better and strengthen their network—a network that works to provide people with the solutions and answers that governments have denied them, so that they may recover their health when it has been lost or endangered by harmful therapies.
Finally, I hope this event will help lawyers who defend injured individuals by providing scientific documentation to support civil or criminal actions against those responsible for these countless harms. I also hope that prosecutors’ offices and courts, now or in the future, will carry out their duties with courage and fidelity to the fundamental values of the Republic: justice and human dignity.
The time of silence, convenience, and resignation is over. From day one, we have stood on the side of truth, democracy, and freedom—even in the harshest moments, despite personal attacks, accusations, and ridicule by self-styled experts and much of the media. We did not stop. Instead, we united, organized, and strengthened our efforts.
Today, more than ever, we are convinced that truth prevails and that honesty matters.
Thank you to all those who have fought with us—or with others—publicly or quietly, to defend people’s health, freedom, and lives. History, and God at least, will give you credit for that.

will speak to you about the legal aspects of the pandemic. Law regulates every part of our lives, and therefore law also regulates medicine and pandemics.
For 40 years I have studied law, and for 20 years I have applied it, including as a judge. I spoke publicly in the Republic of Croatia about certain regulations that were being adopted or had just been adopted. In them, I identified enormous anomalies that deviated from the normal legal order and legal standards. At that time, I was declared an enemy of the state, someone acting against his own country, simply because I pointed out that these laws would have catastrophic consequences for society. A year later, it became clear that the majority of citizens understood that I had been right.
I became one of the national heroes of the country. I could not walk down the street without people stopping me, congratulating me, saying, “Bravo, bravo, bravo.”
Such anomalies—representing major deviations from legal standards—also occurred in March 2020.
By a decision, I do not know by whom, but certainly not signed by us Members of Parliament, the doors of the European Parliament were closed by the then President of the European Parliament. At the last session, I said that an unprecedented campaign of fear was underway and that the society as we knew it would cease to exist.
I sent emails to 1,100 world media outlets in 17 languages. Not a single one published even one line. At that moment, it became clear to me that something pre-planned and terrifying was happening.
Every state in Europe and the world has four fundamental provisions in its laws. One of them is that in the case of death from an infectious disease, an autopsy must be carried out. Why is this so? To prevent false pandemics and to enable proper treatment—to determine which organs are affected and what exactly the infectious disease impacts.
No state in the world carried out autopsies. All states in the world, in their health protection laws—perhaps with very few exceptions—have a provision that disease is determined by a physician based on the clinical picture.
What happened here? Suddenly, doctors no longer determine disease; instead, PCR tests do.
Based on the presence of a fragment of the viral genome, we declare people who undergo testing to be sick. States do nothing about this. They accept it.
The third step: what the World Health Organization did to all of us, in cooperation with our governments, was to define any death occurring within 28 days of a positive test as a death from COVID-19, regardless of the actual cause.
The vast majority of citizens still do not know today that death numbers were determined in this way. That is how we arrived at several million people allegedly dying from COVID-19. We reached absurd situations in which people who tested positive and then died in traffic accidents or in any other way were officially recorded in statistics as having died from COVID-19.
All states—this is also enshrined in fundamental human rights conventions—prohibit censorship. In Croatia, censorship is punishable by at least one year in prison. All states in the world classify the spreading of panic and fear as a serious criminal offense.
Yet we witnessed unimaginable censorship in all media. Who among you could appear in any media outlet? Even if you were allowed once, you were not allowed again—I assume this happened to many of you, as it did to me. Suddenly, censorship erased our speeches and explanations, even the presentation of facts published by states themselves, for example the United Kingdom or the U.S. CDC. Everything was declared false.
We saw censorship that suddenly became tolerated—not carried out by the state, but something the state should have punished.
YouTube, Facebook, and others—we all know what happened there.
What must be done? States will not change these regulations. No state will suddenly say, “From now on, disease will be determined solely on the basis of PCR tests.” The provision that disease is determined by a physician will remain. We must demand strict enforcement of existing laws.
Pandemic definitions: very few states, or almost none, have a proper legal definition. Today, the definition of a pandemic is taken from Wikipedia, which was written by the World Health Organization. And what did the World Health Organization do in preparation for all of this? It changed the definition by removing the requirement of an infectious disease with high mortality. Now, any widespread disease is considered a pandemic.
That is ridiculous. That is not law. That is a complete abandonment of legal principles at the highest possible level.
We must return to legal standards. Everything is already written in those standards; we just need to demand their application. Doctors must demand that they determine disease, and that they determine the cause of death.
As for PCR tests, we have seen numerous studies showing that after 35 amplification cycles, they produce up to 97% false positives.
In closing, I want to thank all of you, because I believe many of you have gone through the same path—from being declared enemies of the state to being recognized as right. I congratulate you for not giving up, for being here, and for the fact that, after two years, we finally have the opportunity as experts to present what we believe and to speak about facts.

Thank you. Thank you all for being here, for coming from all over the world just to attend this event. That is extremely important, because one of the first things they tried to do was to isolate us. That was their goal.
My favorite unscrupulous World Economic Forum puppet is probably Justin Trudeau, who coined the phrase that we were “a small fringe minority with unacceptable views.” Well, I want you to know that I am a proud member of that so-called small fringe minority.
What were they really doing? They were instilling a sense of disenfranchisement and isolating people. I am particularly grateful that Mr. Christoff highlighted this in his presentation, because isolation was part of the strategy. Isolated people are easier to manipulate. This is called gaslighting triangulation, which is psychological abuse.
We were subjected to psychological warfare. That is what we were dealing with.
But looking at all of you, they did not succeed. Globally, networking began. I am deeply grateful and blessed to see so many people I have personally met over the past two years. Thank you for coming, because we are now a family—and they have no idea how many of us there are. It is billions.
Yet we are up against enormous forces. You may have followed the work we have done in the COVID committee with my colleagues. Despite exposing lies, false narratives, and misinformation—and even forcing admissions—they are still determined to continue their plan.
We recently reviewed the draft report of the COVID committee. I can tell you that every single lie is repeated. They do not stop.
One example: the report is 56 pages long, containing 4,480 words. How many times do you think the term “adverse side effects” appears? Once—and not in the way you might expect.
The report demands that member states, the EU Commission, and manufacturers of mRNA injections communicate adverse side effects more clearly, in a coordinated manner—not to address harm, but to prevent what they call “disinformation” and “fake news.” That is their objective.
This so-called pandemic was a gigantic test balloon—to see how far they could go, how much pressure free individuals in democratic societies would tolerate, and how compliance could be enforced. They have learned from it. They are smarter now.
Their ultimate goal is to transform free and democratic societies into totalitarian ones. They want to strip us of fundamental rights: freedom, democracy, the rule of law. They are even robbing us of our identities—national, cultural, and even sexual.
This was never about public health. It was about breaking people, turning us into a malleable mass fully dependent on a global elite.
I urge people everywhere: stop giving governments the benefit of the doubt. They do not deserve it. You cannot comply your way out of tyranny. That is impossible.
Silence must end. Speak up. Stop complying. Start resisting. Freedom is being carefully rationed in Western democracies, and I reject that completely.
I choose rebellion through freedom. I have decided to become so free that my very existence is an act of rebellion—and that is what we must all do.
I will continue to fight, and so will my colleagues. We will expose their plans. We will not be silent. We will not be followers. We are critical thinkers.
My duty as an elected representative is to break psychological abuse, expose lies, and give people validation—because abuse only works when there are no opposing voices.
This is my promise: I will always be that voice.
They are criminals, and they belong behind bars.
