 EU climate conference underway now in Spain  EU Ministers of Environment and Energy are holding an informal meeting July 10-12 in Valladolid, Spain.  The meeting is chaired by Teresa Ribera, Spain's Minister for Ecological Transition and Demographic Challenge.
